This role will combine typical administrative assistant functions with some light data entry around accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll.

Basic Functions
  • Meeting Scheduling & Coordination
  • Light travel booking
  • Data Entry
  • Reporting and report distribution
  • Customer Service (internal for employees, and externally interfacing with vendors)
  • Minimal filing or printing
Minimum Qualifications
  • Proven experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook including schedule meetings with multiple attendees.
  • Capable of working 35-40 hours per week in an office environment in downtown Orlando (parking is provided).
  • Must be a self-starter, take initiative to Google what you don't know, and self-prioritize work.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential to interact with client, project team members and management.
  • Must be able to work alone at times and able to collaborate with others when the need arises.
  • Must have a good sense of humor - we work hard but also like to joke around, but always exhibit a high degree of professionalism.
Advanced Candidate Qualifications
  • Experience using Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Capable of creating advanced Excel workbooks
  • Understanding of general accounting principles, journal entries, accounts, etc.
  • Understanding of general payroll entry or processing
  • Experience using a reporting system such as MicroStrategy, Tableau, Cognos, Business Objects, etc.
  • Experience using Atlassian JIRA
Compensation and Benefits
  • $12/hr-$15/hr depending on experience and qualifications
  • Slightly flexible in-office schedule with up to 40 hours weekly
