Minimum qualifications
  • 3-5 years’ experience in Java EE web-based applications
  • BS in Computer Science or Computer Engineering (or relevant experience)
Proven experience in the following technologies
  • Experience using Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Git workflows and branch management
  • REST-based web services for web and mobile applications
  • Spring MVC, JPA and Hibernate
  • Spring Security OAuth Framework
  • Multi-tenancy database systems
  • RDMS’s (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL)
  • CI/CD using Jenkins/Bamboo and AWS
  • AWS administration and monitoring
  • Automating builds and deployments with Maven and/or Gradle
  • TDD and Integration testing using JUnit and Mockito
  • Strong understanding of OOP, IoC and dependency injection
  • Third-party APIs (Salesforce, NetSuite, GoogleSheets)
  • Java machine learning libraries (Weka, Java-ML, Deeplearning4j)
  • Strong math and statistical skills
Preferred exposure to the following technologies
  • Any frontend web framework (AngularJS, React)
  • NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis, HBase)
  • HDFS (MapReduce, HIVE)
