Pandera is seeking an individual who is passionate about agility in any industry. We are looking for an experienced agile coach/trainer who has played many roles on agile team. This role will focus on training and coaching clients in agile methodologies. In this role you will work with clients to identify, assess, and slow complex problems. Support the Pandera Agile practice and works at all levels the organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Train Agile methodologies and processes including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean to clients
  • Mentor individuals and teams on agile practice
  • Conduct auditing on clients current Agile maturity and provide recommendations
  • Facilitate Program and Portfolio vision and road mapping
  • Able to engage with and influence C level executives
  • Hold training classes on agile for local Pandera markets
  • Lead and manage large, complex enterprise-level agile transformations consisting of multiple Agile teams and/or requiring integration with other activities outside the scope of the Agile teams
  • Influence and impassion clients to embrace lean/agile as a means of transforming not only what they do but how they do it.
  • Contribute to knowledge management within our Agile practice
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of relevant agile experience
  • Experience working within a large scale delivery project and project management methodologies
  • Experience coaching agile teams, and management with a hands on approach
  • Experience with analysis of agile processes and re-engineering of processes to improve efficiency and quality
  • Proven knowledge transfer, training delivery and leadership skills.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills: both written and verbal are required. 
  • Advanced knowledge/experience with Microsoft Professional Suite (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint) and Microsoft Project required.
  • Working knowledge of Agile and Lean frameworks and tools
  • Experience training in a classroom setting and keeping people engaged and motivated throughout course
  • Strong problem-solving skills - ability to apply structured thinking in solving problems to overcome challenges  
  • Ability to commit to 30% of travel
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration
