Essential Functions and General Responsibilities:
  • Support Account Executive and Sales organization with the positioning and promotion of Pandera BI/EDW products and services to key decision influencers: C-level executives, mid-level managers, and procurement.
  • Facilitate the definition and execution of technology and service focused sales strategies to drive demand.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
  • Determine the solution offerings, capabilities, and approach that is most relevant to the value proposition for the prospect/ client to stimulate revenue
  • Shape and own the overall solution blueprint for prospect/ client.
  • Influence and stimulate ‘out of the box’ thinking during sales cycle and promote within project delivery teams and client projects
·         Leverage and enhance partner relationships to drive additional value and revenue
·         Ensure smooth transition and ‘hand-off’ from the sales phase to the delivery phase (i.e., to delivery teams).
  • Communicate and present solution to internal and customer stakeholders.
  • Strong technology background and solution development skills

  • Ability to lead high-performing teams
  • Self-driven individual who can plan, manage, and lead complex solutions across multiple work-streams independently.
  • Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent business experience.
  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in designing and implementing technical solutions.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of client-facing experience and managing external projects.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years professional sales experience in IT industry.
  • Has played a customer facing role for at least 5-6 years in variety of roles (system analyst/ solution architect/ program management, sales engineer for any product etc.)
  • Has a technology background and was closely associated with multiple technology implementations or solution exercises.
  • Motivated self-starter with ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet critical deadlines.
  • Proven prospecting and sales cycle management skills.
